Over 7 years I've onboarded 50+ international customers across retail, e-commerce and fintech, configuring platforms like Cin7 Core, Odoo and SAP, resolving integration issues across Shopify, Amazon, Xero and payment gateways.
What sets me apart is the combination: deep hands-on implementation experience, two master's degrees (Project Management + Data Science), and the communication skills to run requirements workshops, train non-technical users, and keep cross-functional delivery on track.

What I carry forward: The most expensive mistakes in ERP implementation happen when people assume instead of confirm. Discovery, data migration, and the first week live — get those three right, and everything else follows.
Customer-facing ERP consulting across finance, inventory, purchasing, accounting, POS and e-commerce. Led requirements discussions, configured Odoo and Cin7 Core workflows, and managed Shopify, Amazon and Xero integration issues by reviewing logs, errors and workflow dependencies.
