I'm a business systems and implementation professional who specialises in taking SaaS and ERP products from signed contract to fully operational — for real customers, under real operational pressure.

Over 7 years I've onboarded 50+ international customers across retail, e-commerce and fintech, configuring platforms like Cin7 Core, Odoo and SAP, resolving integration issues across Shopify, Amazon, Xero and payment gateways.

What sets me apart is the combination: deep hands-on implementation experience, two master's degrees (Project Management + Data Science), and the communication skills to run requirements workshops, train non-technical users, and keep cross-functional delivery on track.

The highest-risk moment is always data migration. I enforce multi-pass validation before every import because errors surface immediately at go-live as wrong inventory counts or broken supplier records.
Odoo — key insight
Odoo's power is also its risk: too many modules activated too early overwhelms users. I always start with core workflows only, then layer complexity once the team is confident.

Fintech payment integration onboarding
Configuring Stripe as a payment gateway within Shopify-connected ERP environments — handling payment reconciliation, failed transaction workflows, refund logic, and accounting sync into Xero.

Payment sync timing
Stripe settlements arrive in batches and don't match individual Shopify orders one-to-one. I configured reconciliation to match settlement reports against order totals — eliminating false mismatches in Xero.
Refund & chargeback flows
Refunds in Shopify, reversals in Stripe, credit notes in Xero — all mapped to move in sync so no manual journal entry was required post-refund.
Multi-currency reconciliation
Customers selling internationally faced FX gaps between Stripe settlement and Xero reporting. I configured exchange rate handling and rounding rules to keep books clean across USD, EUR and GBP.
Go-live payment continuity
Built a cutover checklist covering active subscriptions, pending payouts, and webhook re-registration. Zero payment downtime during processor switch — orders kept flowing throughout.
Stripe webhook setup
Tested all event types (payment_intent.succeeded, charge.refunded, payout.paid) in sandbox before touching production. "Verify webhook delivery" is now step one of every payment go-live checklist.
What I carry forward
Payment integrations fail silently more than any other type. The webhook event log is your best friend. I stay available for the full first week post-launch — not just go-live day.

Cin7 Core process note
Phase 2 is longest. The data migration template I built over 50 implementations catches ~80% of common issues before go-live. Product structure decisions made here cannot easily be undone.
Odoo process note
Phase 1 is longest. Odoo's flexibility means requirements must be extremely detailed upfront. A vague requirement in discovery becomes an expensive reconfiguration mid-project.

Orders placed before integration activation pulling incorrect stock. Fix: activate integrations after a clean stock count and validate sync direction before any live orders.
